Domestic Shipping

All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail! Once a label is created, you'll receive an additional email with tracking info to your order. Felt Good Co. is not responsible for lost orders once they have been scanned by the USPS. 

International Shipping

Please know that international orders can take anywhere from three to six weeks for delivery! Felt Good Co. will happily supply a tracking number as provided by the USPS but please be aware that tracking is spotty at best once it leaves the US border. Once packages leave the US, it is in the hands of the international carrier. 

Felt Good Co. is NOT responsible for missing International orders. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds on all international orders!

Please be aware that all orders are subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the respective country of acceptance. Possible customs fees are NOT covered in the price of international shipping and are the responsibility of you, the buyer!
